Procrastination

In terms of procrastination I’ve always been that kid that was described as ‘distracting’ in my school report, so it comes as no surprise that I struggle to concentrate on time consuming and academic tasks. I’ve always been one for intense motivation with projects that involve being very hands on and socialising with others. Included below are my procrastination work sheets which I am proud to say I have genuinely tried to keep to in terms of the aims set. I do my upmost to ensure that my working environment holds as little distraction as possible and when writing my context essay I found that in the JMU library I was able to smash out nearly 2000 words in one day. I think this demonstrates that I do have the ability to seriously crack on with work if the circumstances are right and this is very reassuring.

Although on the sheet I highlighted all the things that I rated as a 0, realistically I do not feel like I am going to start to  make schedules for myself as it’s simply not in my nature to work in that format. If anything I find it demotivating to not be able to do work when I want to and when I feel the most motivated to do so.Screen Shot 2017-05-30 at 19.41.56.pngScreen Shot 2017-05-30 at 19.42.03.png
